What Strategies Collects We collect personal information when you register with our site or our forums, when you use our services, when you register for Strategies events, and when you attend Strategies events. When you register with our site or for an event, we ask for personal information such as your name, email address, job title, agency name, mailing address, and phone and fax numbers. When you register for a forum, we ask for your email address.  If you choose to pay for an event online, we will also collect your credit card information, including credit card number and expiration date, for the purpose of completing your transaction. We automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, the type of browser and operating system you use, the time you visited, the page you requested, and the page you came from. This information is collected and reported without being tied to any personally identifiable information. If you choose to receive html email from Strategies, those emails may contain tracking images and URLs to determine whether emails have been opened and acted upon. If you choose to add your center or program to our FRC Directory, we will collect additional information about your center or program, including broad information regarding finances and populations served. This information is collected on a voluntary basis. Your center or program may still be a part of our FRC Directory without providing this information in its entirety. How Strtegies Uses Collected Information We use information for the following general purposes: to monitor our website traffic and usage, monitor our forum usage, fulfill your requests for services, improve our services, contact you, and provide anonymous reporting to funders and other interested parties. Within Strategies forum emailing and private messaging is automatically turned on so forum members can communicate with each other.  Forum members may change this option in their forum control panel. We operate an email mailing list to inform you of upcoming Strategies events and other family support topics we think would be of interest to you.
